Over $25 in service charges is hard to understand. Room was attractive and clean, but the choice of bedding was a sheet or a duvet heavy enough to keep one toasty in an igloo. When checking in, there was no one at the desk and I had to go looking for someone. Breakfast was good but very crowded.

we lost power at home during an ice storm. I needed a warm place. front desk employee was very welcoming, room was clean and warm. it was just what I needed to settle my anxiety over how long our power would be out. I was refreshed and ready to tackle that the next morning. thank you.
